2021: The year of a million illnesses, new routines and Russian craziness

Another year is coming to an end and it has been a long time since I took the time to write a blog-post. But just as in the previous years I want to continue the nice tradition to reflect on the past year and highlight its good and its bad moments and draw some learnings from it.

For me this number sounded incredibly low – but looking closely at my own experience and what I have seen and heard from other working moms, it actually comes as no surprise that most women withdraw, often reluctantly, from their until then successful careers.
